Our current way to deal with delta upload is having scaling issue. We have millions of files and to reduce pricing for you we made a system that prevent duplicate uploads, to ensure this works we do have a very complex system that lock deletion as files can be shared this lock system reached his max capacity. We are now upgrading this system to a better one that will scale with our new scale
